myeonginmyeongchon is a brand for traditional korean food developed jointly by hyundai department store and dali consulting in korea. this project photographed various traditional food masters and base ingredients, with the accompanying texts prepared based on interviews with the masters. the book is designed to resemble a photo album and contains minimal text.
